Texas – two construction workers were killed in a Texas Work Accident that occurred in the University of Texas at its Richardson campus, last Saturday.
According to reports, the accident happened when the crane they were using collapsed. The crane was being used to build the school’s new arts and technology building. The collapse happened as the crane was dismantling the old building.
Authorities say that the collapse may have been caused by the high winds that the weather brought along. The news said that the winds during that time were at 50 mph. However, this report has not yet been confirmed.
No other injuries have been reported.
