A pedestrian was killed in a Texas Car Accident caused by a drunk driver. Reports say that the accident happened in Scott Road and Goodhope Street, last September 10, 2012.
Police said that the victim, Jeanette Johnson, 52 years old, was crossing the street to go to a convenience store when the suspect, Timothy Norman Perry Price Sr., 29 years old struck her. The victim was said to have been dragged for several feet by the vehicle driven by the suspect. She died at the scene.
The suspect is suspected to be driving the under intoxication at the time of the accident and was charged with intoxication manslaughter. The incident is still under investigation.
